Our story
Two things we love: scent and spirit
Saffron & Still grew out of a simple enthusiasm for beautiful scent and for spirits made with real spices.
Fragrance. Our collection is chosen bottle by bottle: niche Eau de Parfum and Extrait from houses across the Middle East and beyond, from rich ouds and ambers to fresh citrus and sweet gourmands. Every bottle is brand new and unused.
Spice. Cardamom, star anise, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper are the thread that ties our perfumes and our spirits together.
Spirit. Our Masala gin, vodka, rum and negroni are small-batch spirits infused with traditional Indian spices. They are on the way.
We are a small independent shop based in Cheltenham.

1. About us
This website, www.saffronstill.com, is operated by Jovik Green Consulting Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 10969438), trading as Saffron & Still, of 1 Home Close, Cheltenham, GL51 0DB. Email: [email protected]. We are not VAT registered.
These terms apply to every order placed on this site. Please read them before you order. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
2. Who can order
You must be 18 or over to use this site and to place an order. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
3. Our products
All fragrances are sold brand new and unused.
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Packaging may vary slightly from the pictures, and how a fragrance smells differs from person to person.
Scent descriptions are a guide to the style of a fragrance. Fragrances are flammable and are for external use only. Check the ingredients on the box if you have allergies or sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
Stock is limited and items are offered while available.
4. Alcohol
It is an offence for anyone under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol, and for anyone to buy alcohol on behalf of a person under 18.
By ordering alcohol you confirm that you, and the person receiving the delivery, are 18 or over.
We and our couriers may ask for proof of age on delivery. If valid proof is not shown, the delivery will be refused and we will refund the goods, less the cost of the failed delivery.
Products shown as coming soon are not yet for sale. Joining a waiting list is free, is not an order, and does not reserve stock.
5. Ordering and prices
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, was priced in obvious error, or we cannot verify payment or age. If we do, we will refund anything you have paid.
Prices are in pounds sterling and are those shown at checkout. Delivery is shown separately before you pay.
Payment is taken when you place your order.
6. Delivery
Standard UK delivery costs £3.99. Delivery is free on orders of £55 or more.
Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Orders are dispatched from Cheltenham.
The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it.
How to cancel: tell us clearly, by email to [email protected] or through the contact form, giving your name and order number.
Sending items back: return the goods within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service.
Refund: we refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of proof that you have sent them. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Condition: you may open the outer packaging to inspect the product as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond that, for example if a fragrance has been sprayed.
Sealed goods: the right to cancel is lost for goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery. This applies to spirits, and to fragrances where the bottle or its seal has been opened or used.
8. Faulty or incorrect items
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
within 30 days of delivery you can reject the item for a full refund;
after that, and within six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if that is not possible.
We will cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
9. Reviews
Reviews must be honest, about a product you have bought from us, and must not be offensive or unlawful. We may remove reviews that break these rules. We do not write or pay for reviews.
10. Chat assistant
The chat on this site may be answered by an automated AI assistant. It gives general help only. If its answer differs from these terms or from the product page, these terms and the product page apply.
11. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We sell for domestic and private use only.
12. Website content
The content of this site, including our text, images and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners. You may not copy our content for commercial use without our written agreement.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
