Our story

Two things we love: scent and spirit

Saffron & Still grew out of a simple enthusiasm for beautiful scent and for spirits made with real spices.

Fragrance. Our collection is chosen bottle by bottle: niche Eau de Parfum and Extrait from houses across the Middle East and beyond, from rich ouds and ambers to fresh citrus and sweet gourmands. Every bottle is brand new and unused.

Spice. Cardamom, star anise, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper are the thread that ties our perfumes and our spirits together.

Spirit. Our Masala gin, vodka, rum and negroni are small-batch spirits infused with traditional Indian spices. They are on the way.

We are a small independent shop based in Cheltenham.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 and is free on orders of £55 or more. The estimate is 2 to 4 business days, and all orders are dispatched from Cheltenham.

Returns

You can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and then have 14 days to send it back. Tell us by email at [email protected] or through the contact form, giving your name and order number.

You may open the outer packaging to inspect an item. Fragrances that have been sprayed or had their seal broken, and spirits that have been opened, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a photo. You can have a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and we cover the return postage.
